Our presence in the Renessenz facilities is ongoing. We have completed countless projects, from small-scale to very large-scale including: 480 Volt to 15,000 Volt power distribution and motor controls, as well as cabinet construction and implementation of Emerson-Delta V control systems. We have also performed detailed studies of plant power systems in conjunction with engineering groups to provide arc flash analysis solutions.

TROPICANA PRODUCTS, INC.

FORT PIERCE, FL AND BRADENTON, FL

We have built a solid relationship with the Tropicana team, and provide continuous excellence to complete a variety of projects such as installation of full-scale conveyor systems, water pollution control devices, feedmill work, and countless others. In addition, we have installed an updated network system to integrate existing PLC processors throughout their facilities.

PepsiCo has trusted us with numerous large-scale projects throughout the United States, spanning over two decades. We have provided every level of industrial electrical services from converting existing glass lines to PET 20 ounce and 2-liter lines to numerous full installation projects for new, increasingly more complex and state-of-the-art conveyor, production and filler lines.

GATORADE

ATLANTA, GA AND KISSIMMEE, FL

When Gatorade conducts an expansion, they know they can count on us. We have completed a new bottling facility, including complete thermal processing batch systems and high speed 32- and 20- ounce sport bottle production lines. We also provided a cold fill filling system (a clean room environment), with all bottle line controls, including power distribution. We installed a new 28 oz. bottle labeler along with in-feed and discharge conveyor systems, including the relocation of existing equipment to make room for the new conveyors. Power distribution, control wiring as well as Ethernet communications were provided on this project, all within an aggressive 30 day schedule. Our relationship with Gatorade is strong, and continues to grow.

FLORIDA ROCK

BUNNELL, FL

One very exciting project was conducting and wiring this 19 acre facility for Florida Rock from the ground up! We implemented every facet of electrical work for site utilities, concrete batch plant and concrete block plant. This included all power, controls, and network installations, consisting of fiber and Ethernet cabling.

GERDAU STEEL MILL

JACKSONVILLE, FL

Our significant experience in fiber optics and industrial controls has been a tremendous asset in the service we have provided to Gerdau Steel Mills. We have increased efficiency and value by helping upgrade and connect various lines within their plant, and we continue to provide service and support at the highest level.
